Metode pelatihan

Metode pelatihan akan ditekankan untuk pelatihan orang dewasa yang diselenggarakan secara partisipatif, aktif dalam suasana yang menyenangkan dengan berbagai metode yang dipergunakan: Pre-test dan Post-test, Simulasi/Games/Roleplay, Video training, Sharing & diskusi, dan Action plan (Rencana Tindakan).
